Whether you’re looking to slim down to fit back into a favorite pair of jeans or improve mobility and overall health, losing fat can be a challenge without support and direction. You may turn to a fat loss program to help you on your journey, but there are many different programs to choose from. If you’re searching for the best fat loss program for your needs and lifestyle, here are some fat loss methods to keep in mind.
Though fat loss programs share the purpose of assisting in weight loss, each uses a different methodology. There are two major categories of fat loss methods:
Many programs focus on diet, but they often go about it the wrong way. If you’ve tried a weight loss program in the past, you’re likely familiar with a diet that suppresses appetite, reduces caloric intake, and restricts carbs and fat. A low-carb diet, for example, severely limits carb intake by offering high amounts of protein and fat. On the other hand, a low-fat diet discourages the consumption of animal products and is generally high in carb intake. These diets expect you to conform to them rather than being personalized to your body’s unique needs. Most people are attracted by the promise of a healthy way to lose fat fast, but the cost is weeks of consuming tasteless prepackaged food with a low caloric intake. While you’ll lose fat, you’ll also be left exhausted and unsatisfied.
You’ll find many programs that include an exercise schedule, but they can be just as fruitless as an empty diet plan. Exercise is meant to be just as personalized to your body and lifestyle as your diet should be. If you are unused to regular daily exercise, jumping into a brutal workout regime will be difficult to commit to and possibly dangerous if you push your limits.
Exercise and diet are the foundations of healthy weight loss. The flaw behind most fat loss programs is that they are not designed to be individualized. If a fat loss method does not fit into your lifestyle, it will be difficult to commit to it indefinitely. In fact, many participants find that once they reach their target weight and finish the program they gain back all of their lost fat. When weight is lost in such demanding conditions, the body will often retaliate by simply gaining that weight back. This can make the journey of permanent fat loss feel hopeless.

Dr. Bryant Snyder is a leader in the field of non-drug, non-surgical chronic pain procedures. He has successfully managed thousands of patients suffering from chronic joint pain, peripheral neuropathy, and other chronic neurological and metabolic conditions.
Dr. Bryant Snyder graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia and has been in full-time practice since 2002. He regularly attends post-graduate educational seminars on topics such as regenerative medicine, functional neurology, functional medicine, spinal structure, and nutrition and also consults other doctors in his profession.
Dr. Snyder is a graduate of the American Functional Neurology Institute (AFNI). He is Board Certified in Integrative Medicine and is a diplomate in Whole Medical Systems from the American Association of Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Snyder and his wife of 20 years, Jenneane, have three beautiful children, Delaney, Chloe, and Crosby. They enjoy sports of all kinds as well as hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.
Growing up Jenneane always got an “x” in that box on the report card for “Excessive talking”. Although her teachers may not have agreed at the time, that “x” that just reflected her love of people – being around them, talking to them, helping them. Her passion for people transitioned into a passion for little people as an elementary school teacher. She later moved on to work in a successful children’s franchise company in which she eventually became Vice President, where she helped people who wanted to bring enrichment education to children in their community. But everything changed when Bryant first learned about regenerative medicine and how it was helping people with chronic pain. He was in his 16th year of practice when they realized that by incorporating stem cells into the practice, they could not only help current patients, but they could also help the people in our community who are living with chronic pain and have lost hope. Those who have tried everything else and just want their life back! This was the only natural path for them to take. So, Jenneane quit her career, they both received an immense amount of training, they worked hard, and here they are – offering a safe, affordable, effective, non-invasive procedure for chronic pain to their community. When she is not working in or on their practice, she is with the people she is most passionate about – their three kiddos, Delaney, Chloe, and Crosby who keep them busy and happy. And, at the root of it all, everyone has the right to be happy. If you are living with chronic pain, you, too, can once again be truly happy! Jenneane is seeing the life-changing results in their patients and that, too, makes her happy.
